Easter Gift Guide
Posted by Mary Babiez on Mar 27 2015
Since I own a gift store, and a holiday is quickly approaching, I feel the need to write an Easter Gift Guide. However, in my family Easter has always been more about the religious holiday than about a gift giving holiday. But that doesn't diminish the joy of Easter baskets and a few little trinkets that say I love you, Happy Easter, and Welcome Spring!
I’m a big fan of artist Jim Shore, and since we've been married, Ken has given me many Jim Shore designs for Christmas and Easter. With that in mind, I put together a few of my favorite Easter and Spring gift ideas.
In the number one slot is my very own Jim Shore Collection. The idea being a small festive collectible makes a wonderful gift for this joyous time of year.
Of course, Easter baskets for the kiddos are a must, and I

This is a really cute idea for a hostess (or pretty much anyone) gift from Bottle Your Brand:
Here’s one of my favorite spring gifts for toddlers – their first gardener’s kit. We design this one ourselves with a Mommy and Me garden set.
This one’s right up my Easter egg alley. As an alternative to the traditional gift basket, Lushome, creates Easter baskets using children’s colorful garden watering cans. Love this! And they’re personalized.
From Etsy, I found some beautifully painted eggs from TrickyPonyArts. These are inexpensive and would make a lovely hostess (or anyone) gift!
Find your local macaroon baker, and give a box of beautiful pastel macaroons. Or bake your own if you’re so inclined! Photo from blackrainbowss.tumblr.com
And for the macaroon that never gets stale, Urban Outfitters has pastel macaroon trinket boxes. So awesome!
Consider adding one of these books to your child’s Easter basket to help keep focus on the true meaning of Easter.
