Happy New Year and welcome to 2015!

I've been a little quiet on the blog the last couple of weeks as we recovered from a very busy holiday season! That included closing our books and taking stock of inventory. We’re now gearing up for a new year filled with new ideas, new products, and new surprises.

While winding down 2014 and getting ready for 2015, I wanted to share with you some highlights of last year:

Best-selling gifts of the year

Our top two gifts of the year were the Garden Seat Gardener’s Gift and the Christmas Retro TV Music Box

Our top selling categories were Garden Gifts and Baby Gift Baskets

30% of our gift baskets sold last year were custom orders. We love this. Don’t hesitate to call us or email us with your special request for something unique or even just a small change to one of the gift baskets you find in our store.

New products added during the year

Popular products added last year included organic baby bath, Mr. Sogs Kids’ Sewing Kit, a beautiful collection of inspirational gift books from Tristan Publishing, and a wide range of gifts for custom corporate gift giving.

Other tidbits of which we're especially proud

We were pleased and proud to receive the Better Business Bureau Complaint Free award for 2013.

We were equally pleased and proud to be featured in the Basket Whiz Report industry magazine.

We designed our most unique gift baskets to date - those which included only gifts made by women owned businesses affiliated with the Women's Business Development Center of Chicago.
