Chicago is a hot bed of crafty people! Be it food craft or art craft, anyone who’s visited a Chicago summer art fest knows the talent that lives here!

That was the first inspiration for my uniquely designed Chicago gift baskets. A couple of years ago, I had a request for a custom gift basket design featuring all products from Chicago women owned businesses. It was for the Women’s Business Development Center annual conference. The baskets were to be presented to the marquee sponsors so they needed to be fabulous! That started my search for unique Chicago artisans of food and gift products. The fact that it needed to be women owned businesses made it a bit more challenging, but the main point is I was introduced to some amazing Chicago crafters of goods. The result was very well received and I began planning to add more Chicago crafted products to my overall gift basket collection.

My more recent inspiration is our home town Chicago Cubs 2016 winning season and ultimate clinching of the World Series title. Designing a variety of Chicago Cubs gift baskets was right up my alley as I’ve been a die-hard Cub fan my whole life. Including MLB licensed products that fans truly appreciate along with top quality Chicago gifts and gourmet foods have made our Chicago Cubs gift baskets top sellers. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that the Cubs continue to play great baseball!

Chicago Gift Baskets are great gifts for many occasions. They are appropriate for either personal occasions or corporate gift occasions. Our Chicago Cubs gift baskets are given for corporate “Welcome to Chicago” gifts and often for Get Well gifts or Speedy Recovery gifts. For personal occasions they have been popular for birthday gifts and of course, Father’s Day, which is right around the corner!
