We offer minimum flat rate shipping for addresses within the continental
United States.
Flat rate shipping uses USPS or UPS Ground service at our discretion.
Shipping to Canada uses UPS at standard international rates.
Based on our location, most U.S. packages will arrive in 1-3 days. Some locations may take 4 days. If you are unsure, call us with your destination zip code and we will give you the exact date of arrival.

Same day delivery for Chicago and nearby suburbs can be accommodated on request.
Since we are a gift business, we know the importance of your gift arriving on time. All of our products are delivered within the United States and Canada and are typically sent out on business days (Monday through Friday). Exceptions can be made if requested. Gifts are typically shipped same day or next day depending on the time the order is received. Arrival times/dates cannot be guaranteed, but we will always do our best to meet your requested delivery date. Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST will usually go out on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will usually go out the next business day. Future shipping/delivery dates can be specified when order is placed.
All gifts are securely packaged in bubble wrap and/or eco-friendly filler. Shipping rates are clearly displayed before you purchase your gift. Shipping is available within the U.S. and Canada. We can also deliver to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO boxes using USPS. See map below for approximate transit times via Fedex.
Gifts are delivered to residential areas on Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. When no one is available to receive your gift, it will be left in a secure location or with a neighbor whenever possible. Gifts are delivered to commercial locations by close of business. Specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. During peak times, such as holidays, for large orders or custom baskets that required special orders, more time may be required. In this case, we will notify you with expected delivery date.
